The Colac business has a long established and satisfied customer base, with well over 30 years of service, with on-going referrals, and is constantly attracting new clients.

An existing Data Base of well in excess of 6000 customers is available for marketing and promotional opportunities; records are available since start of business.

SUPPLIER AGREEMENT

All products supplied to the stores are purchased from Dollar Curtains and Blinds.

Head Office has a very experienced staff, and an efficient supply system, and this enables them to control the quality, production, manufacture and distribution of orders for the individual stores.

Dollar Curtains Corporate, is your supplier, and this makes it easier for thew stores to operate, knowing that all the quality and production issues are being managed n-house, by committed and focused principals.

FRANCHISE AGREEMENT

Dollar Furnishings Pty. Ltd. is the only supplier to Dollar Curtains and Blinds stores.

NO Franchise Royalty is payable to Dollar Furnishings Pty. Ltd..
Advertising Contribution of up to a maximum 2.5% per annum of the Franchisees purchases, or part thereof, from the Franchisor or its associates.

The Purchaser of the Colac Dollar Curtain business will require a new Franchise Agreement from the Franchisor, Dollar Curtains and Blinds Pty Ltd.

TRAINING

The vendor is prepared to offer up to 8 weeks as a training and hand over period. The business and its systems are easy to learn. During the hand over period all existing jobs will be completed.

There are no training costs for the new purchaser.

PLANT AND EQUIPMENT
